Registration fees include:

• Full conference programme, conference pack, parking, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and one guest to the social functions on 13, 14 & 15 October 2008.
• Registration will only be confirmed once full and final payment has been received.
• All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
• Cancellations up to 31 August 2008 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, up to 30 September 2008 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations after 30 September 2008 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• "No show" of delegates will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
